What is the TLC Program?

This is a FREE program aimed to help sell listings that have been sitting on the market for over 180 days. You will receive input and/or suggestions from a 2 or 3 person panel from Lang Realty Leadership, to better promote or sell your listing. During our meeting, we will review price, photos, description and data fields, along with any other information you wish to provide us.

What else do I need to know?

Days available for reviews are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each appointment will be for 1/2 hour, and scheduled to begin promptly at 9:00am via zoom.
Only 1 listing per appointment may be reviewed. Sorry, no rentals. Appointments are on a first come, first serve basis.
